Weekly Pool Cleaning Service in Orlando, FL

Consistent, thorough, and chemistry-correct — every single week. Our weekly cleaning service covers everything your pool needs to stay clear, safe, and ready to use.

Everything Your Pool Needs, Every Visit

Every weekly cleaning visit follows a specific, documented protocol — not a quick skim and leave. We work through your pool systematically, testing chemistry first, then handling all surface and floor cleaning, and finishing with equipment verification.

The difference between a pool that always looks good and one that's constantly fighting algae or cloudy water usually comes down to one thing: whether the chemistry is being properly managed every week. That's where we start, and where most pool services fall short.

Free chlorine testing and adjustment — the primary sanitizer that keeps your water safe and clear

pH testing and balancing — keeps water comfortable, protects plaster, and makes chlorine effective

Alkalinity and calcium hardness check — prevents scale buildup and protects equipment

Surface skimming — removes leaves, insects, pollen, and debris from the water surface

Wall and tile brushing — disrupts algae before it becomes visible; protects plaster finish

Pool floor vacuuming — removes settled debris and algae sediment

Skimmer and pump basket emptying — ensures proper water flow through the filter system

Filter pressure check — backwash or clean as needed to maintain flow rate

Equipment visual inspection — pump, motor, plumbing, and automation noted for any concerns

Digital service report — sent after every visit with all readings and notes

Why Orlando Pools Need Weekly Service

Central Florida's climate creates pool chemistry challenges that most homeowners don't realize exist until they're dealing with green water or damaged plaster.

UV Degrades Chlorine Fast

Orlando gets nearly 235 sunny days a year. UV radiation breaks down chlorine significantly faster than in cooler climates — in peak summer, an unprotected pool can lose most of its active chlorine within 3–4 days. Without weekly adjustment, that leaves a wide window for algae to take hold.

Rain Events Dilute Chemistry

Florida averages 54 inches of rain annually — concentrated heavily in summer. A single heavy rain dilutes chlorine, drops pH, and introduces phosphates and organic material that algae thrives on. If service isn't happening weekly, rain events snowball into chemistry problems fast.

Pollen Overwhelms Filters

Central Florida's pollen season is aggressive and long. Fine pollen particles pass through pool water and clog filter media faster than most homeowners expect. Weekly service catches and removes pollen accumulation before it compromises water clarity or strains your pump.

Your First Visit and What Comes After

Free Initial Assessment

Before we start regular service, we visit your pool at no charge to assess current conditions, inspect the equipment pad, test your baseline chemistry, and identify any issues that need addressing before ongoing service makes sense.

Crew Assignment & Scheduling

We assign your pool to a specific two-person crew and establish a consistent weekly day. That crew learns your pool layout, your equipment specifics, and your preferences before ever leaving your property after the first visit.

Ongoing Weekly Service

Every week, your crew arrives within a predictable window, sends a 30-minute advance notification, completes the full cleaning and chemistry protocol, and sends a documented service report when they're done. No surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most residential pool visits take 45 to 75 minutes depending on pool size, current debris load, and the chemistry correction needed. We don't rush — the visit is complete when the work is done correctly, not when a timer runs out.
No — most of our clients aren't home during service visits. We just need reliable access to your pool and equipment pad. We send a 30-minute arrival notification by text before we show up, and a service report when we're done so you always know what happened.
We use professional-grade chlorine (liquid or tablet, depending on your system), pH adjusters (sodium carbonate to raise, muriatic acid to lower), alkalinity and calcium hardness adjusters, cyanuric acid stabilizer, and algaecide or clarifier as needed. We only add what your water specifically tests for — we don't apply a standard dose every week regardless of readings.
We service pools in light rain — pool work is outdoor work and we don't cancel for weather. Significant lightning causes us to reschedule by a day, and we'll text you to let you know before the original window. If your pool receives heavy rainfall, the chemistry will likely need adjustment at the next visit, which we handle automatically.
In Central Florida's climate, we genuinely recommend weekly service. The combination of intense UV, heavy rain, and long pollen seasons means chlorine depletes quickly and algae can establish in as little as 5–7 days. Bi-weekly service often results in constant catch-up chemistry rather than clean, consistent maintenance. That said, some pools with heavy shade and low bather load can sometimes manage bi-weekly — we'll be honest about this after assessing your specific pool.
Dogs introduce significantly more organic load into a pool — fur, oils, and bacteria — which depletes chlorine faster and can clog filter media more quickly. We account for this when setting your chemical program. Dog pools often benefit from more aggressive chlorine levels and more frequent filter attention, which we can accommodate in your service plan.
